About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work part-time (2 days per week) in nursing facilities across the South Coast, MA area (Taunton & Middleborough). This is a permanent position with no contracts, offering an opportunity for $40K+ per year at part-time hours (prorated based on schedule).

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State professional LICSW license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and learn other healthcare-related software.
