Licensed Therapist (LICSW)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults
• Collaborate on treatment plans and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR: Charm
• Attend occasional team meetings
• Engage in continuing professional growth

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LICSW in Massachusetts or New Hampshire
• Eligible for insurance credentialing (we handle it)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with adults in a clinical setting
