If you're passionate about providing high-quality clinical care and making a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Resources for Human Development team." We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro + program overview), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities), Qualifications (Required and Preferred), Skills (maybe from "Strong assessment..." etc), Benefits (Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits list), Pay (maybe not explicit amount, but they mention Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits, DailyPay etc. They didn't give a numeric pay. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They do state Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits, DailyPay, etc. So Benefits section is appropriate. Pay section: they didn't give specific pay amount; they just say Competitive Pay. That's vague but maybe considered "Competitive Pay" is a statement. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive Pay" is somewhat vague but it's a statement. Might be considered filler? It's not a specific number. The rule says avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive Pay" is similar. Safer to not create Pay section unless they give actual pay range or amount. They didn't. So omit Pay. Schedule: they state "Schedule Part-Time". That's specific enough. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: they list many benefits: Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits DailyPay – access earned wages before payday Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Programs Employee Referral Bonuses Professional Growth & Development Paid Training Programs Professional Development Opportunities Certification Opportunities Leadership Development Programs Career Advancement Opportunities Opportunities Across Multiple Service Lines Meaningful Work Make a difference every day Support individuals and families Build meaningful relationships Strengthen communities Join a mission-driven organization We can extract benefits list. Now sections: About the role (intro + program overview + mission). Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities). Qualifications (Required and Preferred). Skills (maybe from "Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention skills." plus maybe "Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others" could be skills/attributes. But we can put those under Qualifications or Skills. The rule: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to include Qualifications and Skills separate. Qualifications: required education, licensure, experience. Skills: assessment, treatment planning, documentation, crisis intervention, plus soft skills. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract. About the role: combine intro paragraphs up to Position Summary? Actually Position Summary is separate. Could treat About the role as overview of organization and program. We'll include: "At Resources for Human Development (RHD), we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and independent life. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities. For more than 56 years, RHD has provided innovative, person-centered services that empower people of all abilities to build better lives. The program provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can build essential life skills, develop independence, and work toward long-term success in the community." Responsibilities: list bullet points from Essential Responsibilities. Qualifications: Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Current New Jersey licensure in LSW, LAC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist. Minimum of one (1) year of full-time clinical experience. Preferred: Experience working with children and adolescents. Experience in outpatient, Intensive In-Community (IIC), and/or residential treatment settings. Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Familiarity with behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and community-based services. Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention skills. Also personal attributes: Compassionate, Dependable, Patient, Team-Oriented, Service-Focused, Professional, Positive, Committed to Helping Others. Benefits: list bullet points: Competitive Pay & Comprehensive Benefits (maybe treat as heading?), DailyPay – access earned wages before payday, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Wellness Programs, Employee Referral Bonuses, Professional Growth & Development, Paid Training Programs, Professional Development Opportunities, Certification Opportunities, Leadership Development Programs, Career Advancement Opportunities, Opportunities Across Multiple Service Lines, Meaningful Work (make a difference every day, support individuals and families, build meaningful relationships, strengthen communities, join a mission-driven organization). Could combine some. Schedule: Part-Time. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements? But we have Qualifications covering requirements. Could omit Requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. Now produce HTML. Let's craft.
