Therapist (LICSW)

About the Role

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide behavioral health services in nursing facilities across the Greater Boston, MA area (Chelsea, Malden, Saugus, and Danvers). This is a permanent position with flexible part-time or full-time schedules (2-5 days per week), offering full clinical autonomy and an established patient base.

Opportunity for $100k+ per year at full-time (5 days/week), with pay prorated based on schedule. No evening or weekend hours required.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments for residents
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Develop behavior plans for residents
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities as part of a mobile treatment model

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• State professional LICSW license
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using email, the internet, and healthcare-related software
