THERAPIST (LICENSED) PRN

About the role

Treatment teams at Central Florida Behavioral Hospital are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide therapy services under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients as needed.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current license to practice in the state of Florida.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
