THERAPIST (LICENSED)
Responsibilities
The Therapist will provide clinical services to patients in our Inpatient Program. Therapists make assessments, create treatment plans, serve as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and document in the patient chart interactions with patients and family as well as the patient's progress toward reaching treatment goals. Therapists also engage in discharge planning activities. The Therapist provides group, individual and family therapy activities and collaborates with community providers, social service agencies and other therapeutic programs. Therapists are called upon to perform crisis intervention and to address hostile behaviors in accordance with facility approved interventions.

Pay
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time licensed therapists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting (preferred).
- DBT training a plus.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or MFT (proof required at interview).
