Therapist - Licensed

Role Overview: A Licensed Therapist provides advanced therapeutic services, clinical oversight, and leadership to support individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.Deliver therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting care as needed.Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources for holistic care.Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.Offer clinical oversight, supervision, and support service quality and outreach efforts. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.Current professional license in Georgia as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.For IFI Services, at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families.Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and ability to balance direct care with oversight responsibilities. Work Environment & Additional Details: The role may be clinic-based, community-based, or hybrid, requiring active licensure, ongoing training, and supervision.
