What We Offer

We are looking for purpose-driven Therapists to join our team at Psychiatric Associates - Huntersville. Our Therapists provide individual, family, group therapy and collaborative care as appropriate in the outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments, plan for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow up care, implement treatment plans, coordinate the treatment process
• Make treatment and level of care decisions independently
• Collaborate with Physician Providers
• Manage your own schedule, refer patients as needed to a higher level of care or request consultations

Requirements

• Education: Graduate Degree, required. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of three years experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor or Clinic Ph.D./Psy.D. level Psychologist, required.
• (For the Substance Use Therapist role): Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate with above required license, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to care for Behavioral Health Age-Specific populations.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The Therapist III position is available with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role is located at Novant Health Psychiatric Associates - Huntersville.
