Therapist - Behavioral Health (Part-time)

About the role

At Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health, we are seeking a dedicated therapist to provide adult services including individual, couples, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Develop and implement effective, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Document all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices
• Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed
• Deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant social science field
• Active independent Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT
• Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer
• Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
