Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist, providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients with a focus on mental health and well-being. Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilizing standardized tools.Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.Delivering individual, group, and family therapy to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting interactions accurately.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in treatment meetings.Providing crisis intervention, developing safety plans, and coordinating emergency support when needed.Engaging in community outreach, promoting services, and connecting clients with additional resources.Staying updated on best practices, participating in professional development, and maintaining compliance with standards. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.Minimum of two years’ experience with children and/or families, including internships.Eligibility for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
