About the role

Join a passionate advocacy team at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN, a residential treatment facility serving youth with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses. Nestled near the Great Smoky Mountains, the academy offers a manageable caseload with no productivity quotas, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and implementation of each client's individual treatment plan
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Participate in child/family and treatment team meetings
• Complete assessments and reports as required by county and state

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Master’s degree required and license eligible in Tennessee
• Minimum 1‑year prior experience working with children in a residential setting
• Ability to pass background screening, drug test, and physical examination
• Passion for working with and helping children

Pay

Starting salary of $62,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, education, and licensure.

Schedule

Onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts.
