THERAPIST
About the role
The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Oversight of treatment completion for students under their care
- Services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team
- Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals
- Provide crisis intervention, as necessary
- Monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care
Requirements
- An Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
- Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

$70,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
