Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess Patient Needs
• Carefully coordinate and develop treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation to patients
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions
• Implement brief interventions using techniques like Motivational Interviewing
• Work in a fast-paced medical clinic setting
• Collaborate in an integrated and multidisciplinary team
• Keep detailed clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Perform case management and patient referrals as needed
• Support the implementation of new clinical programs

Qualifications And Skills

• Independent license as an LCSW, LPC, or similar professional (with additional LAS or CAS preferred)
• Experience in treating substance use disorders (SUDs), though not required
• Proficiency in office settings, both in-person and via telehealth
• Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday

Pay

This position's pay range is: $69,900-$82,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
