Porch Light Health is a local leader in outpatient treatment of Opioid Use Disorders and other addictive disorders. This role will facilitate our outpatient therapy offering and be an integral part of our virtual group therapy program servicing the state. The therapist will also be a part of expanding other clinical program initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be a part of developing evidenced-based programs in substance use and mental health care in Grand Junction, CO.
Porch Light Health is the state's largest Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) clinic, operating as a low-barrier/high-access outpatient medical clinic that treats all substance use disorders. This position entails working side by side with medical providers to support patients across multiple sites, including mobile health units and community partners in rural areas, via telehealth and in-person services.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and coordinate treatment plans
- Provide psychoeducation, individual, and group therapy
- Deliver brief interventions using Motivational Interviewing
- Work in a fast-paced, integrated, and multidisciplinary medical clinic setting
- Maintain clinical documentation according to regulatory standards
- Perform case management and referral services as needed
- Support efforts to implement new clinical programs
Requirements
- LCSW, LPC, or other independent clinical licensure (additional LAS or CAS preferred)
- Clinical experience in Substance Use Disorders (SUD) preferred but not required
- Experience developing and implementing new programming valued
- Passion for addiction treatment and the harm reduction model

Monday through Friday
Office setting: In-clinic and telehealth
Pay
$69,900–$90,000 per year, depending on education and experience
