Therapist

About the role

As a Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality clinical services using cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based modalities. You’ll work directly with children, adolescents, and families to assess needs, develop treatment plans, deliver therapy, and support long-term stability. This role blends clinical expertise, collaboration, and advocacy to help clients navigate challenges and strengthen their overall well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Congduct initial and ongoing diagnostic assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to stabilize mental health symptoms
• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute situations
• Document services accurately and in compliance with regulatory and billing standards
• Maintain organized, compliant client files
• Serve as a liaison with referral sources, community partners, and internal programs
• Provide cross-cover and support to colleagues as needed
• Participate in required training and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Required:
• - Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling
• - Active licensure in the State of Ohio (Social Worker or Counselor)
• Preferred:
• - Master’s degree in social work or counseling
• - Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC)
• - One year of experience in social services or clinical practice
