About the Role

We’re looking for a Dental Therapist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Stafford. This opportunity includes up to 4 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with great earning potential to grow your business. You’ll work with private and membership patients, starting with an established patient list, and benefit from industry-leading offers and resources for professional growth and business support.

About the Practice

Our Stafford practice is well-established with 5 surgeries, a modern working environment, and fully computerised systems. Located in a large historic market town in the West Midlands, Stafford offers great links to nearby cities like Birmingham and easy access to rural locations such as the Shropshire Hills and Peak District. The practice features free car parking, a dedicated marketing team including a Treatment Co-ordinator, and offers services like implants, sedation, and Invisalign. It also provides Bupa Smile Plan, a payment plan that encourages patient loyalty and regular attendance, ensuring a stable revenue stream for you.
