Therapist providing evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder care for adults and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
• Promote a safe, trauma-informed, and respectful atmosphere focused on recovery and clinical excellence

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in mental health and substance use treatment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, compassionate setting
