Role Overview: As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide personalized, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals and families, supporting their emotional well-being through assessments, treatment planning, and interventions tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment teamDeliver therapy via individual, group, and family sessions using proven techniques for issues like trauma, anxiety, and depressionMonitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning as neededMaintain accurate documentation compliant with organizational and regulatory standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic careEngage in community outreach to promote mental health services and connect clients with resourcesParticipate in ongoing professional development and trainingSupervise others if applicable, ensuring licensure and regulatory compliance Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldCurrent professional license in North Carolina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS)Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsCommitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care Additional Information You will ensure clinical services meet quality and compliance standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality mental health care.
