About the role
We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families engaged in clinical services through our residential programs. Our full-time therapists are master's level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred.
A day in the life as a therapist involves working directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs. You will assist them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide individual, family, and group therapy. Schedules are flexible and adapt to meet the needs of specific clients.

- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives.
Requirements
- Master’s level practitioner with Kansas BSRB licensure for treatment of mental health disorders.
- Additional credential for addictions is preferred.
- Compassionate and dedicated to helping families build healthy, long-lasting relationships.
- Completion of a Predictive Index assessment (takes 5-7 minutes).
