Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families engaged in clinical services through our residential programs. Are you looking to do meaningful work, and continue to develop your skills? Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred. Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs
• Assist clients in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home
• Provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
• Adapt schedules to meet the needs of specific clients (flexible scheduling)

Qualifications

• Master's level practitioner
• Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders
• Compassionate and wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships
• Desire to help children and families grow
• Ability to connect families with community resources to improve their lives

Pay

Average salary is $56,216 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
