Responsibilities
- Working closely with families to implement strategies for managing feelings and interacting effectively with family members.
- Helping families understand how to support youth and make referrals and linkages to services and supports.
- Making bi-weekly (or as otherwise indicated) home-based or community-based visits to implement skills-development strategies.
- Supporting families in executing their safety plans and accessing crisis support as necessary.
Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
- One year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of diagnoses, community resources, parent education, and child/family-serving systems.
