About the role
The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Pay
- Full-Time: Salary $42,000 to $52,000
- Fees-for-service: $25 to $40 per hour
- Incentive Rate: $40/hour over productivity
Schedule
Work under a 4 or 5-day work week, with early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
