Therapeutic Mentor– FFS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field OR Associate’s degree in a Human Services field with a minimum of one year of experience working with children, youth and families OR High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with a minimum of two years of experience working with children, youth and families
• Must be 21 years or older per state of Massachusetts
• CBHI program: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Benefits

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000
• Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour

Schedule

The Therapeutic Mentor works 4 or 5 days per week.

Pay

The Therapeutic Mentor earns a full-time salary ranging from $42,000 to $52,000 annually.

Skills

Positive role modeling, assisting children and youth to identify and capitalize on their existing strengths, learning, practicing, and performing new positive, age-appropriate ways of interacting with peers and adults, supporting children and youth to put new skills into practice within and outside the home.
