Responsibilities
- Share your passion for helping others while working with our youth.
- Offer a range of community-based services, including CBHI services, to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Foster positive relationships with external agencies, families, and other involved parties.
- Contribute to the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based environment, empowering youth to thrive within the framework of their home communities.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred, or an Associate’s degree in the same field is acceptable.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families in need of behavioral management to address mental health concerns or specific target populations.
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.
Schedule
This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings, holidays and weekend shifts as necessary. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.
