About the role
Blue Kite Wellness provides accessible, compassionate, individualized, and holistic mental health services to children, teens, adults, and families. We are seeking a Therapeutic Mentor (TM) to support children and youth participating in the Illinois Pathways to Success program. The Therapeutic Mentor provides individualized, strengths‑based services in clients’ homes and communities. In this role, the employee works one‑on‑one with youth to strengthen communication, confidence, emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving, and positive social behaviors, collaborating with youth, Care Coordinators, Child and Family Team members, and other authorized providers to support coordinated, family‑driven, and youth‑guided care. The position is based in Berwyn, Oak Park, Cicero, and surrounding areas, with a field‑based hybrid work setting that includes in‑home, community‑based, and telehealth sessions.
