Therapeutic Exercise Instructor / Certified Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities
- Patient education, instruction, and set up of all prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols (self-myofascial release, mobility, strengthening), including modifications and/or progressions based on the patient’s abilities
- Scheduling follow-up visits based on the prescription from the Airrosti Certified Provider
- Practice growth and development initiatives, various practice management tasks, and overall support responsibilities for their designated clinic
- Regional growth and coverage needs and other company initiatives as determined by direct supervisor

Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and/or previous work experience as a Physiotherapy Technician, Rehab Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, Personal Trainer, etc., are not required but are relevant for this position.
- Candidates must be comfortable and capable of working in a one-on-one, hands-on, active rehab environment.
