Therapeutic Exercise Instructor / Certified Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Patient education, instruction, and set up of all prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols (self-myofascial release, mobility, strengthening), including modifications and/or progressions based on the patient’s abilities
• Scheduling follow-up visits based on the prescription from the Airrosti Certified Provider
• Practice growth and development initiatives, various practice management tasks, and overall support responsibilities for their designated clinic
• Regional growth and coverage needs and other company initiatives as determined by direct supervisor

A relevant bachelor’s degree and/or previous work experience as a Physiotherapy Technician, Rehab Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, Personal Trainer, etc., are not required but are relevant for this position.

Candidates must be comfortable and capable of working in a one-on-one, hands-on, active rehab environment.

Training and Development

• CRSs receive four weeks of in-depth, paid training, at the Airrosti Support Center (ASC) in San Antonio, TX, before joining an Airrosti practice in Ohio, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
• This unique position offers training in rehabilitation exercises for musculoskeletal injuries/conditions and business development, allowing CRSs to work hands-on with patients and participate in healthcare-related community events.
• This position has upward mobility within other departments throughout the company.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
