Therapeutic Activity Aide (TAA)

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of new vocational and recreational programs and processes
• Promote active participation as appropriate and unique to each client and their function and potential abilities
• Evaluate and provide creative therapeutic equipment, supplies and materials for clients, as needed
• Maintain supplies needed for residential activities and community outings
• Document all activities and outings in an accurate and timely manner
• Strive to consistently meet Marklund's values and achieve the mission statement goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA preferred
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements

Schedule

The hourly schedule is 1 PM - 9 PM, five days a week.

Pay

The hourly rate is $17.25/hr.
