Theme Park Ride Operator

Road to Employment

We’re looking for Ride Operators to join us for a brick-tastic season.

What You’ll Do

• Greet our guests with a smile
• Ensure guests get on and off our rides and play structures safely
• Manage standard and fast-track queues
• Work as a team to resolve any safety concerns, faults, or issues
• Ensure our coasters are full of happy riders

Qualifications & Experience

• A fun, energetic personality
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
• Availability: Must be available 7:30am - 7:00pm, must be available at least three weekdays (M-F) and at least one weekend day (Sat or Sun)
• Must be available to work until at least September 07, 2026
• Flexibility: Including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our exciting events
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English
• 65 feet eyesight range (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary)
• Ability to hear other Model Citizens even if they’re not visible (with hearing aids if necessary)

Pay & Benefits

This is a seasonal, part-time role. Must have weekend availability for off-peak times with weekday availability layered in for full operations. Memorial Day to Labor Day. Must be available to work from start through to Labor Day.

Pay Range: $17.25 per hour
