Theatre - Theatrical Interaction Coordinator (Service Provider: Activity Consult)

Description

The candidate will research, choreograph, and train students with regards to the theatrical personal interactions for HF student-based theatrical productions. The length of the work is contingent upon the complexity of the script and the set design. The service provider will attend the pre-production and post-production meetings.

Show specific theme, concepts, and designs will be discussed for a cohesive vision. Scripts will be distributed and schedules will be coordinated.

• Cook with respect to safety protocols
• General supervision of technical crew during construction and rehearsals
• General supervision of actors, technical crew, and musicians during rehearsals/performances
• Report student behavior and/or issues to the Theatre Director and Technical Director to resolve
• Report concerns/issues to the Theatre Director, Technical Director, and/or Director of Activities
• Clean, organize, and care for the shops and facilities after each meeting, rehearsal, and performance
• Secure the facilities after each meeting, rehearsal, and performance so no student has access
• Store all costumes and properties in the loft after the production closes
• Report any repair needs immediately
• Submit timesheets and itemized receipts for compensation and/or reimbursement.
