About the role
Seeking a Theatre Practitioner / ODP to join a dedicated theatre team for ad hoc bank shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting, focusing on orthopaedic, ENT, or ophthalmic procedures.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and assist in surgical procedures as part of a close-knit team.
- Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Registered with NMC or HCPC.
- Post-registration experience in orthopaedic, ENT, or ophthalmic scrub/SFA work.
- Flexible to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Committed to evidence-based practice and delivering excellent patient care.
