• Performing oculoplastic surgeries, including ptosis repair, thyroid eye disease, trauma, and fracture cases.
• Developing and leading a cosmetic oculoplastics service.
• Teaching and mentoring medical students and residents as part of an academic appointment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team supported by dedicated staff, including APPs and nurses.
• Contributing to practice growth in a community with high demand for services.
