Theater Posture Planner
Theater Posture Planner role focused on creating solutions for defense missions that enhance national security. You’ll leverage your expertise to support current operations and long-range planning, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while analyzing and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide posture planning support for current operations and long-range plans to advance customer objectives.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and plans requiring posture functional expertise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding posture planning and solution delivery.
- Solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for defense missions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Joint Posture planning.
- 2+ years of experience with strategic and operational planning.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Pay
Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected annualized range for this position is $86,800 to $198,000.
Schedule
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer sites as needed.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration required.
For virtual and hybrid roles, cameras are generally expected to be on during meetings to support engagement and communication.
