Youth + Mentors!

This is an in-person mentoring program where you will spend time with your mentee exploring, talking, and learning about them. You might play basketball together, work on homework, or just try new foods. There is no set curriculum (don't worry, we have activities you can do if you get stuck) but there is a lot of freedom to do anything that interests you both.

What we're looking for:

• Caring adults 21 or over who have reliable access to a car.
• Able to commit to 1 hour a week for a full year.
• Empathetic, a good listener, and someone who wants to make a difference in a young person's life.
• Willing to share their own experiences and mistakes with the mentee.

Requirements:

• All mentors are required to complete a background check and training.
• The mentoring coordinator will be available for support throughout the program (from beginning to end).
