Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its perfect place during the Night Audit.
- Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
- Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
- Solve problems solo using technical skills, including fluency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs.
Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with college coursework beneficial. 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field is required, with supervisory experience being a plus.
