Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary

The Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott Chevy Chase is responsible for overseeing overnight hotel operations, ensuring accurate financial audits, and providing attentive guest service.

Essential Functions

• Serve as Manager on Duty during the overnight shift
• Monitor overnight activity and communicate updates
• Ensure safety, security, and comfort of guests and associates
• Audit, post, and balance daily room charges and transactions
• Reconcile cash and credit transactions
• Prepare and distribute nightly and daily reports
• Manage guest reservations and check-ins/check-outs
• Handle guest inquiries and requests
• Report maintenance and housekeeping issues
• Perform cashiering duties

Education and Experience

Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are essential.
