About the role
A day in the life of the Associate Merchandiser Apparel at The North Face involves working closely with the Product Merchandising team to ensure systems reflect product decisions and supporting the full product creation and merchandising process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manages information and data pertaining to product line management, product creation and development, and go-to-market processes.
- Accountable for all product data entries, change logs, Air Table, and updates from key GTM milestones (grid color, VLP prep).
- Responsible for product attribution in Enovia and Flex PLM.
- Manages sales samples from system ordering to unpacking and shipping.
- Creates and maintains the Discrepancy Review file seasonally.
- Handles photo review and SBX processes.
- Collects and submits style names with the legal team seasonally.
- Writes and submits hangtags and packaging briefs (master hangtag, boxes, hangtag brief).
- Maintains and distributes all information for assigned product categories, including line lists, data in Excel and PLM, hangtags, workbooks, and CAD books.
- Supports merchants in line planning, development, production information, consumer and competitor analysis, and marketplace analysis with close attention to detail.
- Responsible for seasonal sample organization and coordinates needs with cross-functional partners.

- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Location: Denver, Colorado.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Master’s degree (a plus).
- Total experience and professional achievements are prioritized over formal education.

Pay
Hiring range: $57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually.
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting process.
