About the role

Responsible for creating an exceptional Sundance experience by providing consistent, friendly, professional, and timely service of food and beverages at The Outlook while living up to Sundance guiding principles. Interviewing begins late October/early November; training begins late November.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or promotions for guest awareness.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients to educate guests and make recommendation.
• Assist guests with inquiries in a timely manner and with a cheerful disposition.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests.
• Develop, lead, maintain, and enhance guest relations through personalized experience and unscripted guest interactions.
• Have fun at work and display that spirit to our guests.
• Share the Sundance story of environmental commitment and land preservation with guests as the opportunity arises.
