Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest peace of mind.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management of overnight activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during overnight hours.
- Solve technical and operational issues independently using Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
