The Interview Process
Application Process
We will review applications typically within a week or two of submission. We will contact all candidates, even those not selected for interviews, to provide feedback.
Virtual Meet-and-Greet
This is a 15-minute virtual session designed to assess fit between the candidate and the company. It helps both parties determine if there's a potential match.
Interviews
If the virtual meet-and-greet is successful, candidates will be invited for in-person interviews at our office. These sessions involve discussions with relevant decision-makers to evaluate both skill and cultural fit.
Tour of Facilities
During the interviews, candidates may be given a tour of our facilities. This can last at least an hour.
Lunch Interviews
Following the interviews, your potential manager may arrange a lunch with colleagues who you might work closely with. This further aids in determining a fit.
Offer Letter
Once we have narrowed down our candidates, we will extend an offer letter. We aim to make decisions quickly and send offers promptly.
Feedback and Exit Strategy
If a candidate decides the role isn't a good fit within two weeks, we will part ways amicably and provide a $2000 check as a token of appreciation for their honesty.
Preparation Tips
To prepare for the interview, candidates are encouraged to read and discuss:
