THE GREGORY SERVER (PT)

About the role

We are looking for part-time Restaurant Servers to provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Servers will report to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage, and may work in either of our two dining facilities: The Gregory, our upscale restaurant offering a range of Southern cuisine, or Milford’s on Third, our New York City-style deli with Southern-charmed offerings.

This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Be familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service, and know the function of each job position.
• Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
• Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guests' orders and collect payment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Experience in fine dining is helpful.
