Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving appetizing meals.
• Uphold high standards of table etiquette and assist with resident meal and menu selections.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and seating residents promptly.
• Ensure a clean and sanitized dining area, including setting up and resetting tables.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate with relevant team members.
• Aid in community marketing efforts through positive interactions and following grooming standards.
• Support the dining services team by assisting with deliveries, stock management, and dishwashing.
• Report any safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in restaurant operations or the ability to learn quickly.
• Age 18 or older, or proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Completed required background clearances, health screenings, and negative TB test results.
• Basic counting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency.
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow grooming and dress standards.
• Compliance with state-specific regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including dining areas, kitchens, and resident rooms.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Monday to Wednesday, 10:30 AM - 6 PM.
