The Hill Server - PT

Responsibilities

• Takes accurate food and beverage orders
• Communicates effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff
• Assists with beverage preparation and delivery
• Processes guest transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handles cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with financial control procedures
• Engages guests in friendly conversation
• Uses guest names when appropriate
• Provides personalized service throughout the visit
• Maintains a clean, organized service station
• Restocks dishes, utensils, beverage station supplies, and service items throughout the shift
• Ensures sanitation practices are followed
• Performs additional job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to three months of related experience preferred; prior experience in a high-volume serving environment strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately count money and make change
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require
• Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to approximately 35 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and standing
