The Forks

1x1 has been working with the Forks since 2016 on a variety of projects, including tenant fit-ups for food vendors, office fit-ups for a variety of tenants on all floors, base building improvements and several feasibility studies related to the market with the goal of further developing and reinforcing the Forks vision of developing the site as a ‘Meeting Place’. Featured projects include a new seasonal kiosk that transforms the Southwest atrium into the home of Iceland Skate Rentals during the winter months, as well as multiple food vendor kiosk upgrades including Mini Donuts, Crafted Crust, Basta, Aroma Bistro, Sharecuterie, and Skyr. The new kiosks include upgraded finishes, equipment, and millwork that complement the overall aesthetic of the Common.
