About the role

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Cook (Part Time) to join their team. Located at 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter, this position offers flexible shifts including every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$17.50 - $22.50 per hour.

Schedule

Part-Time PM (10:00am-7:00pm).
