About the role

Thatch and re-ridge cottage and barn roofs with water reed and combed wheat, fixing courses to the rafters, dressing the coatwork with a leggett, and shaping decorative ridges that shed rain for decades. You will work at height in the open, strip worn thatch, manage materials on site, and quote heritage jobs directly for owners.
