About the Role
CFD Research is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Technical Lead to provide comprehensive technical leadership and oversight for complex Department of Defense (DoD) software development, integration, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between the technical delivery team and the government customer, ensuring milestones are achieved using Agile methodologies and secure software practices.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Department of Defense Secret clearance (must maintain throughout contract performance).
- 15+ years of experience leading DoD software development and integration programs.
- Proven track record in Agile software development, DevSecOps methodologies, and software sustainment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing missile defense technology programs (such as THAAD or similar architectures).
- Strong leadership, risk management, and multi-disciplinary team coordination skills.
