We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Key parts: - Job Summary: "Responsible for tasks that ensure TFS' critical data is as perfect in real time as it possibly can be. This involves coordinating with field teams and other personnel across Energy Delivery, gathering data, and entering data, as well as employing mature technical skills and experience to analyze TFS asset data for accuracy and completeness. This position is part of a team that ensures proper stewardship of TFS' critical data." - Job Description: bullet list of duties (What you’ll do). Many bullet points. - What we’re looking for: Education requirements etc. - Where you’ll work: location. - What you’ll get: compensation range and benefits mention. - Additional sections: Compensation Data etc. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (Job Summary), "Responsibilities" (list of duties), "Requirements" (education/experience), "Qualifications" maybe same as requirements? Could combine. "Skills" maybe print reading, database knowledge. "Benefits" (mention of comprehensive benefits package). "Pay" (salary range). "Schedule" not present (no schedule info). So omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove "Job Posting End Date", "Please note the job posting will close..." etc. Also remove "Where Putting the Customer First Powers Everything We Do" etc (that's boilerplate). Also remove "Hear about it first! Get job alerts..." etc. Also remove "Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-005 Compensation Range: $63,496.00 - $79,369.00" maybe duplicate of pay but we can include pay info. The posting already gave salary range $61,647-$77,056 and also compensation data. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include both ranges? The posting includes both: "What you’ll get: TFS Asset Analyst SG5($61,647-$77,056)" and later "Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-005 Compensation Range: $63,496.00 - $79,369.00". Both are substantive. We should include both maybe as separate statements under Pay section. We need to preserve all substantive info, not summarize away detail. So we need to include the exact text? Probably we can include as

with the sentences. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities list, we need to convert each bullet into
  • . For requirements/qualifications maybe also list. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

Responsible for tasks that ensure TFS' critical data is as perfect in real time as it possibly can be. This involves coordinating with field teams and other personnel across Energy Delivery, gathering data, and entering data, as well as employing mature technical skills and experience to analyze TFS asset data for accuracy and completeness. This position is part of a team that ensures proper stewardship of TFS' critical data.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform project print review at the beginning of a capital project to examine all relevant prints (one-lines, schematics, bills of material, equipment manufacturer drawings, etc.) in order to accurately identify and gather information about Transmission assets intended for commissioning on the project.
    • With minimal supervision, review drawings with field changes at the end of a capital project, to understand any changes that were made, and to ensure that they are correctly documented in our asset management database, IPS.
    • Coordinate elements of print management as requested, such as by monitoring our print platform (DSTrack) and following up on overdue records that have not been submitted.
    • With limited supervision, create the location hierarchy, add new capital assets, and populate asset attributes into IPS, based on information found in technical drawings and project scopes.
    • Manage asset entry lifecycle using Data Tracker database.
    • With direct oversight, read and interpret Spider Diagrams and complete element Bus/Branch reviews.
    • Review the assignment of Commissioning Actions in IPS to the newly created assets and make corrections/additions/deletions as needed.
    • With minimal supervision, review IPS Audit Trail of asset attributes for accuracy, and resolve errors as necessary.
    • Provide a specialized level of process support including response to questions from the field, problem diagnosis and research, troubleshooting, tracking and resolution.
    • With limited oversight, coordinate the configuration and release of the substation Capital Commissioning Checklist for specific jobs.
    • Assist in the development of process improvements and documentation regarding the Capital Commissioning Checklist creation, and initial IPS data entry.
    • Perform asset-level management of IPS data by updating asset attributes for new capital assets, processing testing documentation, updating asset statuses after in-servicing, and other associated items as needed.
    • Perform quality assurance of Transmission Field Services data by routine checks of accuracy of asset attribute data, correction of discrepancies, assistance with CICO requests (AEP’s proprietary Check-in Check-out app), and updating GPS and address information in IPS.
    • With limited supervision, coordinate reporting and monitoring activities directly with field teams, such as by utilizing TFS' metric platform, PowerBI, to report on overdue settings, overdue commissioning actions, and others.
Now Requirements/Qualifications. From "What we’re looking for: TFS Asset Analyst SG5 Education: Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields plus 2 years of related utility industry work experienceOr a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related utility industry work experience. In addition: Print reading technical expertise and understanding of electrical principles. Database knowledge or ability to learn.Preferred Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields and 2 years of related utility industry work experiencePhysical demand level is Sedentary.Travel may be required." We need to separate maybe Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (print reading, database knowledge). Also Physical demand level and travel. Let's create:

    Requirements

    • Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields plus 2 years of related utility industry work experience
    • OR a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related utility industry work experience

    Skills

    • Print reading technical expertise and understanding of electrical principles
    • Database knowledge or ability to learn
Maybe also include "Physical demand level is Sedentary" and "Travel may be required" as separate bullet under Requirements or Skills? Could be under Requirements as additional notes. Let's add under Requirements:
  • Physical demand level: Sedentary
  • Travel may be required
  • Now Benefits: "What you’ll get: TFS Asset Analyst SG5($61,647-$77,056) In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees." We need Benefits section: mention comprehensive benefits package. Also Pay section: include salary ranges. We have two ranges: $61,647-$77,056 and $63,496.00 - $79,369.00. Also compensation grade SP20-005. We'll put Pay section with both. Thus:

    Pay

    • Salary range: $61,647 – $77,056 (TFS Asset Analyst SG5)
    • Compensation Grade: SP20-005; Range: $63,496.00 – $79,369.00
    Benefits:

    Benefits

AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of employees.

Location maybe not a section; could be included in About the role? But we have "Where you’ll work: This role sits on site in New Albany, Ohio or Roanoke, Virginia". Could be a separate section "Location" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Location not listed, so we should incorporate location into About the role or maybe Requirements? Probably About the role is appropriate to include location. Thus modify About the role paragraph to include location. Add after the summary: "This role sits on site in New Albany, Ohio or Roanoke, Virginia." Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Check for any leftover like "Where Putting the Customer First Powers Everything We Do" - we omitted. Check for "American Electric Power (On-Site) $61K- $77K / Year #AEPCareers" - we omitted. Check for "Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-005 Compensation Range: $63,496.00 - $79,369.00" we included. Check for "The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally ..." we included physical demand level as bullet but we omitted the detailed explanation. The posting includes a detailed definition of sedentary work. Should we preserve that? It's substantive. We could include that as a bullet under Requirements or maybe a separate note. Since we already have "Physical demand level: Sedentary" but we omitted the detailed explanation. To preserve ALL substantive information, we need to include that definition. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we must preserve all substantive info; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to include the full definition. Thus we should include the full physical demand level description as a bullet under Requirements (or maybe a separate section but not allowed). Let's add under Requirements a bullet with the full text. Similarly, we might need to include "Travel may be required" as is. Thus Requirements bullets: - Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields plus 2 years of related utility industry work experience - OR a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related utility industry work experience - Physical demand level: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. - Travel may be required Now Skills: print reading technical expertise and understanding of electrical principles; database knowledge or ability to learn. Now Benefits: we have the comprehensive benefits package statement. Also maybe we could include "In addition to a competitive compensation" but that's part of pay. We'll
