About the role
Noble Biomaterials, Inc is seeking a Textile Production Technician for our 6am-4pm Monday–Thursday shift.
Pay
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour
- Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours (after 3pm)
- Weekly pay—get paid every Thursday

Responsibilities
- Measure and mix chemicals following a recipe
- Adjust controls according to regulations, monitor gauges and other instruments to maintain conditions
- Submerge and continually physically move fabric in chemical bath, adhering to specified time for processing
- Input data into computer system
- Complete production records and follow process instructions
- Identify fabric types and check quality requirements
- Run and troubleshoot machines and reactors
- Prepare product samples for lab testing
- Assist team members and cross-train in other areas
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Must wear a respirator frequently
- Work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
