Textile Loom Operator

About the role

Operate and maintain a production floor of mechanized jacquard looms in a climate-controlled mill. Responsibilities include monitoring warp tension, threading heddles, replacing shuttles and bobbins, and clearing pick faults to keep multiple machines running at speed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect woven cloth for defects under raking light
• Log yardage against daily quotas
• Perform routine lubrication and belt changes
• Coordinate beam changes with the warping department
